About The Founder.

I've been in Enterprise Sales & Recruiting for over 25 years.

My sales recruiting experience has taught me to focus on results first. My Sales Recruiting efforts at the companies and sales teams I’ve supported and helped build have led to many sales leaders and individual contributors advancing their own sales careers. That is the value of focusing on sales skills, experience, and accomplishments.

1. Discovery Session:

We begin with an analysis of your role and organization to determine the required talent profile.

Begin with the end in mind. By focusing on the must-do’s rather than ONLY the must-haves we quickly identify the ideal team player your team needs.

2. Results-Based Search:

While others may focus on posting your jobs and delivering candidates that CAN do, we develop an active search focused on identifying and engaging candidates that have the experience to make a significant positive impact.

3. Screening & Interviewing:

We will develop and deploy a custom STRUCTURED phone and video screening process to eliminate the bottom 90% and present only the top 10% of talent. We engage our network of professionals then present your organization and opportunity honestly and screen for our results-focused profile.

4. Scientific Validation:

Hiring smarter for your organization improves employee and client matching, reduces turnover, and employers management efficacy. The use of assessments provides context for structured interviews.

5. Closing & Onboarding:

We will ensure that each finalist is excited to join your team. In this final stage, we conduct standard and backdoor references wherever possible.
We will deploy our proven closing process that lands over 90% of all candidates and develop a detailed resignation plan with/for the selected candidate(s).

Working with clients to place Sales Managers who excel at coaching, training, & motivating their sales teams towards effectively selling.
All the while, maintaining a keen focus on driving healthy revenue and developing & implementing sales strategies.
Additionally, they may be responsible for hiring and onboarding new sales team members.

Enterprise Sales

The primary responsibility of an Enterprise Account Executive is to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, while driving sales and revenue growth for their company.
Typically responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-value customers.

Sales Leadership

We work with VPs of Sales from a client and candidate perspective.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development & execution of effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
They also analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.
