Zag Worx has been retained to help our client hire 5 Media Account Executives in the Houston market to drive revenue growth by selling advertising and media solutions. A high drive, desire to succeed and advance will be required for this role. You will be selling directly to the C-Suite. As such, exceptional communication skills will be required.
This role offers a clear path to team leadership and sales management.
What you will be accountable for:
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, build relationships with CEOs and other senior executives.
Product Knowledge: Understand the offerings, tailor solutions, and develop effective presentations.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate rates, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research: Identify opportunities, stay informed and adapt strategies.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed targets, track performance & manage your days sales activities.
Collaboration: Work with the teams supporting you to manage and exceed client expectations.
Sales Tools: Use CRM software and tools for lead management and accurate records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Two years of B2B OUTBOUND Sales experience. Proven sales track record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of advertising trends a plus.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
