What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will be supporting sales operations. This is a key role and can potentially lead to a
very lucrative outside sales role.
Project Manage from initial takeoff to ordering from manufacturing partners.
Generate plan take-offs.
Download drawings, plans, and specifications from subscription-based websites
to compile job packets.
Process and obtain project information including bid dates and customer
information.
Update takeoffs, pricing, and documentation based on specification modifications.
Provide cost analysis for project equipment.
Produce customer requests for proposals.
Compile and send submittal data to appropriate partners and/or customers.
Order equipment from manufacturing partners in accordance with submittals and
construction timelines.
Qualifications:
1 to 5 years of Project Management Experience
The ability to comprehend technical product knowledge in HVAC
The ability to read, interpret and understand construction plans and schedules.
A basic understanding of building construction.
Computer skills (word, excel, outlook, access)
Strong Multi-tasking skills
Effective time management
Highly organized
